The login screen

Log On Screen
The components of the login screen are:
(1) Navigation: Click the Home Page link to return to the HCR website. Click the Forms & Applications link to return to the Forms and Applications page where you can select the system you would like to login to.
(2) User ID: This is where you enter your HCR assigned User ID. See the Getting a User ID section if you don't have a User ID.
(3) Password: This is where you enter your password. If this is your first time logging in you will receive a temporary password via email.
(4) Change password after login: Check this box if you would like to change your password after you login.
(5) Login Button: Click the Login Button after you enter your User ID and Password to login.
(6) Cancel Button: Click the Cancel Button to remove any information you entered on the login screen.
(7) Forgot Your User ID? Click this link if you have a HCR assigned User ID, but you can't remember what it is. You will have to enter your first and last name (or business name) and the email address you provided when registering. If the information you enter matches what we have on file for you, we will send you an email with your User ID.
(8) Forgot Your Password? Click this link if you can't remember your password. You will have to enter your User ID and the email address you provided when registering. If the information you enter matches what we have on file for you, we will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Q: I registered but didn't receive the email(s) with my User ID and Password. What should I do?
Q: I used the 'Forgot Your User ID' and/or 'Forgot Your Password' function but didn't receive the email(s) with my User ID and/or Password. What should I do?

Additional Help

If you have read through all of the above information and are still having problems logging in then send us an email. Make sure you select the email address associated with the system you are trying to login to. Include your full name, business name if appropriate, User ID, telephone number, the name of the system you are trying to access and a description of the problem you are having, including the text of any error messages you received. The more information you provide us, the better we will be able to address your problem.
